Westiti

Find your race photos with your bib number.

After a race, official photos are scattered and painful to track down. Westiti fixes that: runners enter their bib number and their photos come back in seconds. We designed and built the whole ecosystem: the mobile app, the runner website, the photographer portal and the organizer back office.

What we built

  1. Design

    • Visual identity and design of every screen.
    • User flows and prototyping before development.

  2. Mobile app

    • iOS and Android app built with Flutter, designed to surface your photos within seconds of a race.

  3. Runner website

    go.westiti.app
    • Public site where runners search their race, enter their bib number and find their photos.
    • Cart and online photo purchase, without installing the app.

  4. Photographer portal

    • Dedicated space for photographers to upload their race photos.
    • Tracking of sales and commission on every photo sold.

  5. Back office

    • Race management for organizers and the Westiti team.
    • CSV import of participants and registration management.
    • Photo moderation with automatic bib number recognition.
    • Dashboards and detailed per-event statistics.

  6. Backend

    • Supabase backend: authentication, PostgreSQL database and photo storage.
    • Automated photo processing and AI-generated metadata.
    • Asynchronous job system able to handle thousands of photos per event.
